The ACEC Alabama Leadership Development Series (LDS) is a transformative program curriculum designed to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in leadership roles. Through interactive work sessions, expert guidance, and networking opportunities, ACEC Leadership Delegates will enhance their abilities to inspire, influence, and drive positive change to further advance their personal and career goals.
Enrolling in this program series provides an opportunity for industry professionals seeking personal growth and career advancement the chance to make a long-lasting impact in their life, their organization, and their profession. Delegates will also:
- Hear from state business, government, and elected officials.
- Learn time management and organizational skills.
- Learn tools to better market themselves and their businesses.
