The ACEC/Alabama Presidents Dinner is a longstanding annual tradition held during the ACEC Deep South Convention that brings ACEC/Alabama members, public officials and distinguished guests for an evening of fellowship and recognition.
This special event provides an opportunity to recognize the 70th anniversary of the establishment of ACEC in Alabama, and to celebrate the accomplishments and leadership of outgoing President, Chris Crawford (TTL), and to welcome and recognize our incoming President, Matthew Burgess of Kimley-Horn, as he begins his term of service to the Council.
The evening will also feature special recognition of Alabama Department of Transportation Director John Cooper for his exceptional leadership, partnership, and significant contributions to Alabama's transportation infrastructure during his tenure.
Additionally, we'll recognize this year's scholarship recipient, highlighting our ongoing commitment to supporting and developing the next generation of engineering professionals.
The Presidents Dinner Serves as a meaningful celebration of leadership, service and ACEC's role in the future of Alabama's engineering industry.
